How customizable is my custom home?

You can research plans online or work with an engineer to generate your design or some combination of the two. As for finishes, siding, roof type, color, interior elements, and so on, you can decide based on your taste and budget!

Can we make changes to our custom home during the building process?

Yes! As long as they are not significant structural changes and materials have not been purchased, we can change things up at no cost—as long as it does not exceed the allowance outlined in your contract.

How long will my custom home build take from design to completion?

From breaking ground to moving in could last anywhere from 9-12 months, depending on your project’s size, finishes, and possible material/supplier delays.
